You’ll follow a bodybuilding-inspired training split, including:
- Upper Body Push Days (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
- Upper Body Pull Days (Back & Biceps)
- Lower Body Strength Days (Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads)
- Core & Cardio Days to build stability, endurance, and dynamic control
