Rivers of sweat!

Today for FB burn this workout was scheduled:

Anyone else feel like it should be called the pain in your back workout? I even went waaayyy light on the weights, but man those squat taps and squat side leg lifts and deadlift kick outs- whew! I had to take a few breaks and stretch out my back because man, even with lower weights and sucking in my core it was rough. Anyone out there successfully complete this workout without pain? If so, how?! Regardless, I obviously got in a good sweat!
