Trying To Get Through One round of FB30

Hey guys! Im on my journey with fitness blender giving their FB30 for Busy People a 3rd try (I can never seem to fully complete one lol) But this time I am more than determined to finish one round at least! How do you guys stay so motivated to get through?! Also, I've heard a lot of people use music while working out, any suggestions? I am open to any type of music honestly!
