Holiday food started early

Hi everyone, I hope your all well.

I'm feeling a little bit apprehensive about how much I've eatten since last Monday and I know this will probably continue until New Year, I've gained a pound already but I'm really enjoying all the lovely food so I know that I will start back up with healthy eatting come New Year and hopefully what ever I have gained will come off and wont store as fat (especially in the form of a muffin top I worked so hard this year to get rid of) Unfortuantly theres so much naughty but nice food around the house at the moment and its hard to not join in when everyone else is tucking in. Even wine which I never normally touch has made its way Into my stomach over the past week (extra calories) eatting probably 300-500kls plus each day :()

Is everyone else enjoying the holidays as much as me or are you managing to stay on track?

I forgot to add I'm keeping up with my cardio and strength training sessions so might I make a few gains with all the extra energy (trying to see the positive side haha)
