Green tea and tuna!

I subscribe to intermittent fasting for structuring my eating, so my first meal usually isn’t until 11am. I usually take the opportunity of being in a fasted state to drink my green tea cocktail. Green tea

1 packet of Splenda

It is DELICIOUS!

For my tasty tuna I did

Tuna

Relish

Lemon

Greek yogurt (instead of mayo)

Salt

Green goddess salad dressing

On a bed of greens, this was a delightful and healthy meal!
