Custom plan - Second workout

Alright! After a "rest day" consisting of cardio and mobility, I'm on to Day 2 of my dumbbell only plan.

Today's workout will feature x3 sets of x10 reps -

5-10 minutes cardio warmup

5-10 minutes mobility drills.

Farmer Squats (My target weight 30-40 pounds each hand)

Single-arm Rows (30-35 pounds)

Incline Press (40-50 pounds per hand)

Pike push ups

Core - Scissor X crunches
