Learning. Always keep learning.

My study buddy drools a lot but he’s the best company.

Taking continuing education courses; a specialized course in foam rolling (not my first but I like gathering info/edu from multiple sources as it seems each approach varies a bit), yoga therapy (all about recovery, mobility, balance, strength, & building mental & physical challenges for the nervous system to solve) & another course in & mental and physical routines for life long stress management. Super interesting, very relevant to where I’m at in life and the ways that I’m working to become a better teacher.

Here’s my non-solicited advice; whatever you’re doing in life, keep learning! Keep challenging yourself, keep asking questions, and cultivate a hunger for learning. Back to the books!
