Advice on light cardio

Hi guys, had a wisdom tooth removed Monday so dentist told me to not workout for 2-3 days meaning that tomorrow, I'd like to get back into it slowly but I have no clue what workout to choose, was thinking about some light/mild cardio ( which I'm not used to as I mostly do HIITs and strength training ) so I really don't know what to do. Can any of you recommend something with the link to it if possible? Thank you :)
