Help?

HI, for the past few weeks I have been doing pilates and have noticed that I have gained bruises on the bottom of my back and in between my hips and tops of thighs. I use a mat so I don't think the hard floor is the cause. I was just wondering if anybody knows any ways to get rid of the bruises as they are putting me in a bit of pain when sitting, lying down and exercising.
