Calorie Burn Range During FB Workouts

Hello everyone!

I was hoping to get some feedback on where I sit in the calorie burn range on the fb videos. I have watched the video that Daniel and Kelli did a while back on how they calculate calories burned, but to be honest I was left more confused than anything. Maybe you guys can give me your opinion?

I'm 5'7 and 195 pounds (I know, heavy, but working on it!) and have been working out off and on for the last several years, but consistently for the last year 5-6 days per week. With the ranges provided on the videos, do you think I should be basing it off the high end given my higher weight, somewhere in the middle, or on the low end?
