Can gluten intolerance / sensitivity make you fat?

I've been trying to lose weight for almost 2 years - results are WAY too little if any. I did a lot of research so know you have to do HIIT and strength training, eat breakfast and include protein, and all that stuff. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong - I did a lot of healthy changes but it is all to no avail. I do eat junk food and processed food sometimes but it is very little compared to what I used to eat.

Now I'm thinking if it could be because I have some sort of allergy maybe to gluten. Could it be that gluten intolerance / sensitivity make you fat or is that a myth? I'm really hoping it's not a myth :(
