Day 12 Abs 2 complete - and have to abandon it 😣

Looking at the remaining videos this week, they're all cardio and HIIT - which would be AWESOME except that I'm not well and don't have the energy for it. It would probably make me more sick if I did them. So I think I need to do stretching, abs and strength this week if I want to keep it up until Saturday and not just stop completely. Sad that I have to abandon the programme, especially as I'm due surgery when I get back from holiday so will be starting from scratch yet again.

But I need to do what's best for my mind and body!

I'll have a good look at the plan for Abs 2 this week and try to pick videos that reflect each day's focus points. So that way I still have some routine.

Determined to keep going!! I miss exercising with FB so badly when I don't do it. It makes me feel relaxed, proactive and in control (to name a few).

I'm hoping I can do a week of FB in the 2nd week of the trip when we're at a resort that has a gym! So maybe I'll start Abs 2 where I left off and get as much done as I can before surgery on 8th January.

Plan of attack is a go!
