Grrr being unwell sabotaging Abs 2 pre-Mexico!!

I was always going to get to the start of week 4 and then have to stop and go on holiday. My aim was always to do as much as I could before going away. Argh but now I've got some kind of cold bug and the thing I'm most annoyed about is that I clearly can't exercise until I'm better! Argh! So I'm 2 days behind at the moment.

Maybe when I feel a tad better I could at least try and do some abs work or pilates. I know I should rest, so there's no way I can manage cardio, weights or HIIT. But I don't want it to sabotage all my hard work with one week to go!!!! I'll eat healthy and drink loads of water. Maybe it'll help things along a but quicker. Grrrr.

I suppose at least I won't have a cold on holiday now....
