I completed the challenge yesterday and can definitely say I'm feeling that balance/functional routine all over! It's a tough one but I love challenging my balance!

I think day 3 was my favourite with the lower body work and the pilates burnout routine at the end torched my glutes!

Here is a picture of a cave that I live just up the road from! I was going through my pictures to find something scenic and I thought that a cave is extremely scenic! ;) The area I live is famous for it's caves and I'm lucky enough to live really close to one.

Thank you to Callie for putting this challenge together. It was not only great to get some good workouts in but feels so nice to feel part of a community and to do these things together! ;D
