The Holidays Are Killing Me!

Hey! I completed my first workout as part of the FB trial program on Wednesday. Let me tell you: It was so rough! I have no idea what happened. I couldn't believe how many breaks I needed to take as not to get sick. I think all this holiday indulgence has been hard on me. Anyone else? I had hoped to get my second workout in today, but I have a lot to do and I'm just not sure how to get all of it done, eat in time for a workout, etc. Help???!! How did you handle starting a program or maintaining it with so much going on? Thank you!
