Strength training / toning

Hi guys,

Ive been really strict at sticking to strength training my Upper and Lower body twice per week but I wanted to try a toning video as I havn't focused on this since I started training 6 months ago

I wanted to try the following video, but does this mean I miss out on the benefits of building muscle once a week?
