Those Cravings!

I love FB and it has changed my mindset a lot. Plus I finally dropped the skinny-obession (and the scale) and work on being strong and healthy. I am sticking to the daily workout routine and do eat healthy most of the time but struggle with at times quite excessive "snacking"/ overeating in the evening. How do you guys deal with the evening-munchie-monster? Just feel so stuck there.
