Need motivation to work out after a very passive afternoon....

By now some of you will have gathered that I love being active, esp. outdoors.... so this afternoon was a bit (very much) too passive for me! I was a Room Guide in a National Trust property (this is an organisation that looks after English and Scottish heritage, our island is also part of that as well as all the outdoor nature conservation we do). Today we were in a different place, because they were despatate for volunteers there. I had to stand in one room all afternoon and answer questions that the visitors might have. The room (see pics), called the Spanish Room because of all the (very dark) Spanish paintings, was kept dark.... no light, no outdoor fresh air, no movement 😱😱😱😱 it was a beautiful room with an interesting history and I learned a lot! But now I still need to get my workouts in.... the scenic challenge day 3. I am totally not motivated at all 😒 Help!
