#ScenicFBChallenge Day 2

This morning I woke up slightly sore from yesterday's HIIT but, after moving around a bit, I was like "Let's get this done, who cares about the soreness!". Seriously, that cardio is my favourite for busy days, the caveman one looked feasible (staggered-hand push-ups somehow escaped my notice -.-) and I just jumped in the last video totally unaware of plank+row+leg lift, ALL ON THE SAME SIDE. How can someone do that? Just tell me the secret, and I'll try them again :) As it was, I rowed and THEN did a leg lift. Anything else, and I'd have fallen face down on the mat. Blenders who managed the feat, congratulations, you are heroes!

Now, excuse me while I go looking for epsom salt... It's been a few hours since the work-out, and the soreness levels have spiked up. It looks like I'll jump to day 4 tomorrow - nothing better than some soothing stretches to ease these awful DOMS.
