Enough Fuel for my body??

I was wondering if i'm eating enough to fuel my body for workouts and just in general? I feel tired sometimes but I think that's due to school, work, stress, and being woken up by a loud cat and family. But I sometimes feel I eat too much or not enough..

Typical Day of Eating:

3/4 cup of Oatmeal

2 Tablespoons of Raisins

1 Cup of Chocolate Almond Milk

Roughly 100-116 oz of water per day

1 Container of Greek Yogurt (Chobani)

An Apple

10 Cashews or Almonds

Crackers (Goldfish, Triscuits, or Wheat Thins)

A snack (Apple sauce or a granola bar)

Chicken

Rice

Veggies (Broccoli, peas, carrots, corn, or green beans)

This is usually around 1,400-1,600 calories a day. I workout roughly 6-7 times a week.
