Oh the irony of injury!

This is just funny.

So for those who know I've been dealing with some knee issues, I've actually been feeling better, although now my other knee tends to feel tight and achy. But anyway. Now, when I felt good about my knee's outlook, my right hip flexor definitely strained or something and now hurts to stretch, sometimes walk! It is as if one injury segways into another. Not to mention bad things have just been piling up this week, what with my dad hurting his back, my brother getting into a car accident (he is safe!), and me getting assaulted on the train!

Great segway into the holidays, huh?

Anyway, I was wondering: what does the fbgang do when they are dealing with setbacks as a means to push through?

I am still trying to be active around my injuries. So for ex, I am pushing through with my fbflex. But I am also taking the time to finish some other craft projects, binge on Netflix (Jane the Virgin anyone? Any other recommendations highly suggested, I love comedies), and trying (emphasis on trying) to study for upcoming exams!

What do you guys do in these slower moments?
