Hey FB friends.... I'm so happy!!!! Just finished FB30R3 while I only lost 10 lbs I feel sooo much better about my body. Thank you all for the motivation and Thank You K&D I would have never thought I could be 3 sizes down by the end of this year. On to FBBurn for January hopefully I can loose more will definitely work on my eating to see if I can see better results... Let's not give up.... We can do this...💪
