Stronger

I’ve been blending for almost a year now and I’m so.much.stronger. Dumbells are starting to feel awkward. I need to graduate to bars and plates (is that what they are called?!) but I’m soo gym ignorant. Anyone been thru this? Any advice?

I’m most worried about how to do AB sets with things that need bars and things that don’t. Will someone take it from me when I’m on set B?!

I’m usually pretty confident but have been so insecure with sports and gyms all my life. 🤷🏻‍♀️
