Feeling guilty!

Hi Blenders,

I'm feeling a ton of guilt about the fact that I haven't eaten very clean this weekend. And I've also had to reschedule workouts from my program. Instead of doing 5 days this week, I only did 3. And it's only the first week of the program. I was already struggling to work out as consistently as I wanted to, which is why I bought the program so I would be "forced" to get in the habit of actually working out 5x per week. But it's the first week and I've already failed to keep up.

I'm a grad student and it's the end of the semester. I'm drowning in grading for the class I'm teaching as well as trying to complete my own papers. I'm SO STRESSED so things just kind of fell apart. But I can't help feeling bad about falling off track this weekend.

I'm trying to be kind to myself, but my belly feels bloated and I feel discouraged. Kind words and encouragement much appreciated!
