Hey! Today I woke up with headaches. They weren't too bad, I took 1 Ibu200, ate a little bit, and drink a lot of water, and an hour later I started my workout. And that made me wonder, how do you guys deal with that? Long time ago it would have been the best excuse ever, but I think that's not the best solution. (I'm not talking about serious really bad headaches or migraine of course, but "normal" surprising headaches.) So, what are you doing on days like these? I'm curious. :)
