My lower body workout today!

This one was a short but effective one. You can train long or you can train hard.

I only made it through two sets each, but I'll be aiming for three next time. Another benchmark!

12x Rear Lunges

15x Goblet Squats

15xx Thigh Slap Jumps - Squat jumps with my knees coming up as close to my chest as possible, as though I'm slapping my thighs without lowering my arms.

15x Knee Up Jumps. Down onto my knees, up into lunge, up into squat jump, repeat opposite side.

15x Romanian Deadlifts

20x Front Lunges.

I used 30 pounds the first time, 20 the second. No weight other than body weight on the jumps of course.
