Varicose Veins? 😢

Help! I have been working out for almost two years and I started using Fitness Blender videos since August 2017. I just noticed that my legs seem to be developing a few varicose veins. Is there any way I can still exercise despite my condition? Are there any exercises that can remove or prevent it from spreading? I feel so discouraged right now. I don't want to stop working out 😭
