Calendar organisation

Hi everyone !

I've been using Fitness Blender and their programs for quite a while now, but there has always been something on my mind that I wanted to ask about the calendar. I'm european, and our week starts on a Monday. Do you know if there is any way to make the change in the current calendar? It doesn't change much that it starts on a Sunday, and by now I'm used to it, but I was just wondering if that was an option!
