Foam rolling

I have been working out with FB for almost a year now. I love it and I have become very fit bc of FB. I have seen so much on foam rolling but am wondering what the FBFamilies take on it is. Is it something I should be doing? How do I go about starting? And who has great videos on it? I would seriously love FB to do a video on foam rolling but I will check out others for now. Thank you!
