I had just recovered from Day 1’s lower body workout - just in time for Day 4. Holy cow, was this lower body workout a killer. My legs are still shaky 30 minutes later.
I couldn’t get through all of the sets and I had to stand up every few seconds during the burnout pulse squats, etc. But I’m feeling good!
I also managed to squeeze in a 30-minute walk at lunchtime. I live in Vancouver and my office is downtown, so I was able to hoof it partway along the beautiful sea wall. I posted a photo of this gorgeous winter day.
