Half-ass or no-show?

Hey guys, I've been FBing for a while and am now on program number god knows what. Doing FB XT with two weekly capoeira classes in addition. Haven't missed any or slacked off, but this week, the second last in the program, I've been under the weather a bit and missed two days of exercise. Made myself get into it today and I'm just sluggish and doing everything less intensely than I should. It got me thinking - should I have just skipped the week, faced the losses and started over next week? If I'm not ill, just tired and unwell, is it my body telling me to stop? Or is it better to do at least something, no matter how weakly (the philosophy that got me on the mat today)? Appreciate your thoughts.
