Support for Kelly

Hey! I've been following/doing fitnessblender workouts since 2013!

I just saw an insta post about Kelly doing her first workout in 8 months.

This is truly inspiring! I'm so happy to see her ease back into it. The post also talked about listening to your body.. something I have had to learn this last year. This past October I was diagnosed with MS and have had to remind myself to listen to my body. Each day is different for me. I was on an 8 week weight lifting program and last week was "week 8" and I lost function of my hands. Week 8 had t ok wait, and I'm learning to be ok with that.
