500+500=1000cal, I guess?!?! Just being practical...

I really wanted to join in the 1000cal workout complete challenge, but as I will be away two days this week, I decided to combine two workouts from my FB programme today. It was 95 minutes combined and at about 500 cals each, a 1000cals in total....

After all the sawing, lifting wood and throwing it on the fire yesterday, I was pleased to find these two lower body and abs workouts! Now I am nicely sore all over and ready for my two rest days in London!
