I need help with my calories :(

So lets just say I have a bad habit of stuffing my face, I eat because I feel like I'm always hungry, even when I'm not hungry I eat. I hate it. Its harder to lose weight, Ive been trying to do water fasts to compensate my overeating but I end up eating more afterwards. I feel terrible because I just wanna lose 20 pounds. I weigh 144 and I'm a 5'4 female. I wanna weight 120 or less but I can't get there no matter how hard I try or tell myself to stop eating. I feel bad when I eat but I still do it. Can someone please give me tips to fast or just eat less, I eat around 800-1400 a day, I workout sometimes when I eat 1400 because I wanna burn off the extra 400, I don't know what to do anymore, I just wanna lose weight :/
