Strained/pulled hamstring

I recently strained my hamstring (happened on Wednesday playing soccer). I've figured out it's a grade 1 strain (luckily)but I've never had this injury before. I'd really like some tips on what to do.. I love doing HIIT and strength training on my lower body, and just being overall active hiking a few times a week, so I find this injury very annoying and frustrating. What kind of excersice can I do? And how long should I rest? I'd love some advice!! going a little crazy not getting my usual workouts in!
