Feeling physically exhausted

Hi everyone! I just need to rant a little bit because this past week I've

been feeling physically drained. I usually have no problem getting through all of the workouts of the day from the workout programs that I have and I'll usually still have energy afterwards but this past week I've been lagging and my workout schedule has been all messed up with having school which has led me to feel a little unmotivated, which is unusual to me because I've been workout out 5 times a week for almost a year and I'm currently following FB Sweat. I wonder if it's the fact that I'm overworking myself or me doing all the extra credits for every day is wearing me out? Don't get me wrong though, I LOVE FB Sweat but maybe going all out on it has worn my body down. Any thoughts? I would love to hear from you all :)
