First time 1000 calorie workout complete!!

I did it!!! 😁 Shocked myself that it actually seemed kind of easy. I'll admit I did the low impact version of some of the exercises to save my knees but I still gave it my all! So proud to see the progress I've made. When I first started working out in mid-March I was ready to die after 20 minutes. And that didn't even need to include actual cardio. Everything seemed like cardio then. 😅
