First half of FBFit2 took care of November

I am very happy that I managed to keep up with the program! I am one day behind and I just didn't bother rescheduling the whole thing. But I'm feeling fairly rested today after having done a nice relaxing 20min stretching session yesterday so I might well jump into first day of week 5 and catch up with the schedule :)

What is your policy on catching up with schedules? If you miss a day do you just omit it and go ahead with the 'correct' day, or do you push the whole 'train' forward? ;)

I have a bit of an obsession about leaving out any scheduled workouts, and sometimes I'm tempted to do two days in one, to tick everything and catch up at the same time.

Do you think it's as effective to do two full workout sessions consecutively or is it better to just accept the delay and stick to the plan?

Do you think two consecutive rest days are more beneficial for building those muscles, and essentially reaping the benefits of the hard work?
