My breakfast was heavily protein-based. I had coffee with coconut milk + cream cheese from goat's milk with honey before my morning workout and then a banana with peanut butter and cottage cheese with apricot jam after. For the total of 480 calories. I am so full, I love protein breakfasts! I never feel satisfied after eating carbs in the morning, I always add protein sources, even if I eat oatmeal (peanut butter, nuts, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, etc).
What about you? Do you tend to have a more carb- or protein-based breakfast?
