Advice please

Hi guys! So I had a hysterectomy just over 2 weeks ago, it was keyhole so recovery is quicker! I’ve been building up my walking and know I can’t get back into doing programmes with hiit and weights for 12 weeks! I just wondered if anyone has been through the same as me to give me advice on what I could do I.e. low impact, stretching? I’m haling really well and will be back to driving next week! Thanks in advance for anyone who can help
