Pretty perfect fitness November :)

This amazing 1000 calorie workout was the perfect way to end what was probably my most sporty month since I was a teenager. Workout on every single work day, at least one stretching/yoga routine at each weekend. Also I finally started caring a bit more about healthy eating and completely stopped using the elevator at work :) I made pretty amazing progress in strength and flexibility, feeling great, and some friends and colleagues even told me that I look alot fitter. All in all I dropped from 84 to 79.5 kilos in this month, which is a bit too much I think. On the other hand I definitely didn't starve and even inclueded a couple of cheat days. (Talking about that, I just ordered a Pizza. I think I deserved this one today :D )

One more week to go untill FB Fit is finished without missing a single workout! I have to say I am pretty hyped!
