November diary - I am proud of myself!

18 fitness blender workouts, together with some yoga and long walks.

Still not able to make it 5days/week but almost there! I am lifting heavier (15lb or greater/hand for lower body) and feeling stronger. November definitely was better than October! And I am learning to workout in days when I don't feel like moving. Proud of my consistency! :)

And I just realized that I have 18 out of 24 fitness blender's program! :D
