Commitment Issues

Hello!

I wanted to post on here for the first. Time. Ever.

I have been using Fitness Blender workouts for a long time, but never consistently.

I am a recent college graduate with a new job and I’ve realized how much more often I grab fast food for lunch during work or that by the time I get home from work I just can’t seem to move off the couch.

Is there anyway I could find someone/someway to be held accountable for me sticking to my plan?(I currently am using Fitness Blender’s Fat Burning 1.
