Brand new squat variation was definitely humbling!

Just finished this butt and thigh workout. It's a difficult one but so worth it; my lower body is dead!

This squat variation (staggered squat) was completely new to me and provided an awesome burn even with no weight, and also challenged my balance!

I love it when there are new exercises and the format of this one is great. The 'bored easily' workouts are my favourite!

Now it's time for a shower and dinner, that's if I can walk! ;D
