I think I've been cheating...

I just realized that at some point I have changed my form when doing burpees or kick-outs and I think I've been cheating and making them easier! Instead of keeping my fingers and palms flat on the ground I have been raising my hands up and balancing on my fingers. When I try it the other way and go flat on my palms I find the exercised more difficult, so I think I must have just absentmindedly started doing this and I only just realized when I noticed how K&D hold their hands. Yikes! This is just a reminder to always check your form- you may be cheating in ways you don't even know!
