Need help figuring out a workout schedule

I'm trying to get back into working out but I've hit a roadblock in determining when I actually have the time to do so. I get up early (430 am) get back home around 5. I'm a full time working mom so as soon as I get home, I've got homework, dinner, family time, and bedtime to deal with. The kids are in bed around 8-830 any given night and my goal is to get an adequate amount of sleep each night since I have to get up so early the next day. My problem is finding time to workout! I used to do my videos after the kids went to bed, but that messed with my sleep cycle. Any advice is much appreciated!!
