FB Reach Day One

I started my first program today, and completed the fitness test for FB Reach!

Here's my numbers (kind of disappointed in the lack of flexibility but I'll get there).

1 mile walk, 15:37

19 half pushups

25 squats

Full plank, 54 seconds

Seated toe touch, -7 inches

I'm excited to see how they improve by the end of the program!
