Last week of FB Burn

I'm currently on the last week of FB Burn.

So far, I have lost 5 pounds of weight and feel stronger. I look more toned and have gotten compliments on looking fit.

As far as diet, I didn't change anything really. I love to eat, sometimes healthy, sometimes not. And I love to drink adult beverages. But I don't overdo it.

I don't count calories, I don't restrict myself, but I do try and stay consistent on working out. I listen to my body. In addition to FB Burn, I also mountain bike, but haven't done it as much as I'd like to these days because of inclement weather in our area. I'm very pleased with the program and the result so far. Going to sign up for round 2 now. :)
