Day 19 FB Strong and using hilarious equipment....

I was at my parents' place today and the only way to get a workout in was to do it at theirs. My brother has two types of resistance bands and then found these hilarious old smaller weights with springs to squeeze....so it was a sort of FB Strong/Bodyweight/resistance workout! And then I did 20mins of extra abs work. Felt amazing afterwards even though lots of the strong workout was annoying. Made the best of the situation though!!
