I have done several of FB programs until a broken ankle. I have stayed active with stretching, floor Pilates, seated kickboxing, seated cardio alone with seated upper body. I have been cleared now for 2 weeks (full body weight) walking with a brace. I just purchased the Low Impact program today. I was wondering if anyone has done Low Impact with Reach at the same time. It would be around 45 -55 mins which is what I was use to.
